Foundation Fitness works with all populations and age groups. Our years of experience demonstrate that everyone who engages in physical fitness is an athlete. Our mission is to provide our athletes with a complete understanding of how their bodies respond and adapt to physical activities. Once that understanding is discovered, it allows those activities to simply become ingrained as second nature.

Personal Fitness
Training is tailored to meet your needs. It’s 100% focused on you and every exercise in your program is specifically selected based on the results of your individualized fitness assessment. The partnership we establish has one goal; your success.

Sport Team Training
Available for full teams or subset groups of teammates who are looking to incorporate a Strength & Conditioning or Speed, Agility & Quickness program in their regimen. We'll develop in season and off season program designs to make sure you stay healthy and strong on the field, and make the improvements you want to get ready for the upcoming season. Consultation services are also available for organizations looking to formalize a fitness program for their clubs.

Small Group Training
Small group training builds camaraderie and inspires motivation for everyone. I’ll coach your group through fun and challenging activities that will be effective and appropriate, even if you’re at different fitness levels. You’ll work together and help one another stay focused and fit.

Assessment & Program Design
We also provide Fitness Assessments & Program Design. Contact us for a baseline of your current level of fitness and a plan to improve your overall health, based on your assessment results and specific needs. We also work with youth sports organizations to develop Strength & Conditioning and Speed, Agility & Quickness programs that you can implement with your current staff.
