SAQ Patterning for SPFSC - Week 1

Here are 4 patterning activities we worked on during week 1 of the SPFSC soccer SAQ session. The exercises focus on postural control, coordination of the opposite shoulder and opposite hip, forward propulsion and deceleration & stabilization.
